The minimum and maximum transaction fee apply per active subscription. If you cancel, the calculation starts again with a new subscription. Converting existing convertible loans or GmbH shares into profit participation rights (cap table cleanup) is free of transaction fees. All prices exclude VAT.

How does private fundraising work?
