With the MCP connection, you can also use Tia from Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP-compatible client. Tia is a tool and does not guarantee fundraising success. More on Tia
- Convertible loan generator: create convertible loan agreements (Wandeldarlehen) with our generator and prepare the closing. The convertible loan itself is signed outside the platform.

What isn't possible with Starter?
You cannot close investments via profit participation rights (Eigenkapital-Genussrechte) with Starter. For that, you need the Professional package. You can add employee participation to Starter as an add-on.
