Vesting plans are created and managed entirely digitally through the beel platform. The company sets up the plan in the dashboard and sends it to the employee via link.
From that point on, the employee can view the status of their vesting in their personal dashboard at any time. Once vesting milestones are reached, they can create the corresponding tokens themselves. The taxable event only occurs at this point.
The company retains a full overview of all participation plans and vesting schedules at all times.
