Starter is free, Professional is available as Abo or Flex. Investing is always free for investors.
With Starter, you use beel for free. To close investments via profit participation rights (Eigenkapital-Genussrechte), you need Professional, available as Abo or Flex. Investing is always free for investors and employees.

How does the transaction fee work?
With Professional, a fee of 2% of each closed investment applies. Per active subscription, transaction fees total at least €5,000 and at most €20,000. If you cancel your subscription, the calculation starts again with a new subscription.
Cap table cleanup: Converting existing convertible loans or GmbH shares into profit participation rights is free of transaction fees (0%).

For investors and employees
Signing up, investing and managing your holdings are free for investors and employees. Only when selling profit participation rights on the secondary market is there a 2% transaction fee, paid by the seller. More on tradability
Syndicates: as the lead investor of a syndicate, you pay €390 per month or €3,990 per year. Joining is free for co-investors. They pay nothing to beel, only the carry agreed with the lead, if there is a profit.
