Standardized put option adjustments are possible – individual changes upon request.
Yes, the standard contracts can be customized. There are several options:
- Adjust the put option: By default, the put option can be restricted or excluded.
- Individual adjustments: Possible, but involve additional effort and costs. These must be drafted by external lawyers and approved by beel.
- Side letter: Separate ancillary agreements with individual investors or employees, drafted by external lawyers.
